All online orders are available for free pickup at our shop:

Pickup hours: Mon-Sat 9AM-6PM
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the continental United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
4. Delivery Time
Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at 717-695-0699 with photos of the damage.
