- Original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
- Item is not a clearance or custom-order product
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Gift cards
4. Service Refunds
Service refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days at 717-695-0699.

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
